My coaching isn’t theoretical; it’s built on lived experience. I’ve learned that meeting your greatest potential goes deeper than systems or scripts. True success isn't just a number—it is the integration of every part of a man’s life. It’s finding your edge, going deep within and becoming the force multiplier to your community and family. 

I spent 24 years of my career in the saturated, competitive world of real estate—where success is measured in numbers but sustained by character. As a Founding Agent at Compass with nearly $1B in career sales and consistently ranking in the top 1% of agents  with a 100% referral business, I know exactly what it takes to build a brokerage, lead a team, and succeed at the highest levels of business.

I also know the cost of that success, it wasn’t always easy;r it came with heartache and deep reflection. A success I could barely hold and profound personal loss that went as wide as it went deep–I carried it silently and painfully until it took its toll. It took almost losing it all, ​​I realized that external results mean nothing if you lack the internal architecture to sustain them. This journey led me to over 1,000 hours of somatic (nervous system) training and years of dedicated men’s leadership to bridge the gap between the internal shift and the external result. To find my own depth, vulnerability, and true leadership.

My truest success hasn’t been the money I’ve earned but the life I built, repaired and deepened with my wife Kathryn, my partner of nearly 20 years with my 12 year old son and 10 year old daughter. We’ve built a life that is deeply connected to one another, deeper purpose and nature. We are endless adventurers—camping, skiing, surfing, and traveling. It’s this integration that allows me to live in my fullness, earn at the highest potential and admire the man I am. inspired by our life. 

Today, Kathryn and I refuse to settle for “good enough” in any part of our life, or become lifelong roommates. Our relationship serves as a constant mirror to my presence and truth–and the depth of your leadership will be reflected in yours too.
