I built this coaching knowing that meeting your greatest potential goes deeper than systems, scripts, or mindset work alone. I work directly with your nervous system—not just your thoughts—to regulate and shift the patterns that quietly drive how you lead, make decisions, and show up in your relationships. This approach goes deeper than relying on short-term willpower or mindset alone.
I don’t just work with the nervous system; I advise men on how to build a life that can actually hold the weight of their ambition. We don’t actually change; we ultimately bring our truest parts out. When you lead with purpose, clarity, presence, and humanity, you become the man who is a force multiplier for everyone around him.
I bring 1,000 hours of somatic training, years of men's work and men's leadership. I’ve been coaching in a multitude of capacities for nearly two decades. My communications degree from UCLA bridges the gap between all of it. Serving and guiding others has always been my deepest purpose, from my time serving in the Army, to guiding men now.
My coaching isn’t theoretical. It’s from lived experience. I spent my career in the saturated, competitive world of real estate—where success is measured in numbers but sustained by character. With a 100% referral business, I built a brokerage, became a Founding Agent at Compass with nearly $1B in career sales, and consistently rank in the top 1% of agents nationally. My clients range from high-net-worth individuals and professional athletes to entrepreneurs and veterans. I know what it takes to succeed in business.
I also know the cost of that success. My wife, Kathryn, and I have been together for nearly 20 years. We’ve built a life of adventure—skiing, surfing, and traveling with our two children—but it wasn’t always seamless. I’ve known profound loss and a level of success I could barely hold. It took nearly losing it all to find my own depth, vulnerability, and leadership.
